Why do you love PR and how did you get into it?
My first exposure to PR was for Chicago’s public school district where I was quickly introduced to the fast-paced world of public affairs, press meetings, and media relations. That later led to a variety of opportunities in many industries ranging from tech startups, consumer brands, and even at a global innovation consultancy in Spain. All of these experiences have led me to see PR as a way to contribute to an organization’s impact by having a front-row seat at crafting their story.
